It depends on the value the person is adding to your bottom line.

In a cool NGO
1) Cleaners : 40k

2) Drivers 60k and above
3) Some storekeepers and field workers : 70k above

The job i did with my OND for five years built me my house and a car while my HND,PGD and my MBA job never settle my bills .
