Talking about delta you have numerous cities Warri and Asaba the major,imo Owerri,Orlu and other,Ogun Arepo agbara,ijebu ode,Ota,While Enugu state is all about Enugu city

mr man that picture you are showing is a market/ commercial area/ motor pack unlike it the west where it is a residential quarters that covers 2/3 two-third of your cities. Dont get it twisted even if you find brown roof in the East, it is not the way it is in concentration in the west.,.. look well into those pictures you posted, even in the mist of old buildings you still see new ones and infact two to three storey buildings..


again the roofs are brown but the buildings are strong and are not of mud unlike in the west

were are u from. So the dualization of gate to total garden was existing wen u are in secondary school. D digital advertisement LCD was also existing when u are in elementary school. U may be right, who knws maybe u just enter secondary school.

I think the reason is not far fetched,Enugu is too small to welcome new development without demolishing existing ones meanwhile Ibadan is so big that I don't think those brown roof will be cleared for centuries for when there are other undeveloped landmass.
Note am neither from the two regions
