Hello, please who has an apartment for rent or an idea of the cost of renting a self contain apartment around Okota area...preferably Ago palace way. I would really appreciate if I can get directly from a landlord with no extra charges attached to rent as my budget is very low.

A room self contain at Ago Palaceway and Okota as a whole is from #250,000 to #300,000. per year.

Rent alone, extra charges are; commission and agreement fees which is #100,000. But almost all the Landlords now are collecting one year rent instead of normal two years.

If you move further to a place like Bokunor or Isheri the same neighborhood with Ago palaceway, that amount will give you good two bedroom apartment. The choice is yours.
