I just had a conversation with the family of the elderly lady and they said although the state of origin of the applicant does not matter, but for precaution reasons, they desire a person who resides in Benin city or has a reference in Benin city.

It's not advisable to come online and be advertising such. Just for security purpose.

I appreciate your concern and suggestion. The family has this concern as well hence they were considering someone with reference in Benin city.
Security is definitely a consideration.
