Why can't they? He was caught with the items not the landlord. If someone kills a person and then says you sent him, does that mean you should be arrested without proper investigation? (I forgot sha, in naija even the victim would be arrested or left to die with their wounds becaise naija police would not care about their wellbeing) Its his words against landlords words.
