You can check your mavro for evidence... To know whether it's not canceled, your Marvo for the GH is still pending for withdrawal.
The GH request icon is only hidden, the reasons is possible

*to prevent people from cancelling their GH request and leaving their Marvo to grow because it's Tuesday and Thursday already*

*it could also be a gradual switch to the new model*
