Ajewealth123:The new model of the system is programmed to take care of people with little money before paying those with big ones. There are lot of PH on ground with little amount. And it doesn't make any sense for system to take 200 20K PH to pay someone getting help of 4million. Such person bank account will be blocked and EFCC will be visiting him .
