No, open ICAN's website; go to student's page, click check registration number. Input your Surname in the space provided and it will bring out list of names on their database with same Surname. Then check yours

If you're on the mainland go to Wyse associates. Basically why reasonable tuition centre with bookstands should have it.

Once you have your student registration number, print out your registration certificate online, then go-ahead and process your exemption.
