Our client in the hospitality industry is looking to hire a Guest Receptionist Officer

The Guest Receptionist Officer is responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all hotel guests, in line with the hotel’s vision and values on customer satisfaction and also to maintain a smooth room bookings service.

Skills and Experience

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in any field from a recognized higher institution
• Proven experience an Hotel front desk representative, agent or relevant position
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
• Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientation

Job Requirements:

- Must have at least 1 FULL year experience in STRUCTURED HR FUNCTIONS (Recruitment, employee relations, Learning and development, Payroll...)

- Must have completed NYSC
