The FG just obeyed the rule of law... instead of keeping them in detention illegally (against the rule of law), the FG just legalised their continued detention by using the EFCC to re-arraign them.

That is wrong, stop supporting evil so that Nigeria will move forward, if court grant somebody bail,they have to release the person from detention,while pressing another charges,the person will continue to come to police station as when required until his or her case is decided.

Yeah but the current strategy the govt has employed in keeping dasuki and co in detention is within the ambits of our own law. Our constitution is so flawed and favours the richest bidder who can hire an army of SANs with a fraction of the money he stole. The formiddable SANs know how to dig up all the loopholes in our legal system and that's why since 1999, no big man has really gone to jail.

Now the FG is also playing the same game by exploiting the loopholes in the law/constitution to ensure people like dasuki are kept in detention. The only unfortunate thing is that many others who belong to Kuje are actually walking free, many even in govt. But that notwithstanding, even if it's just 1 person out of a thousand that's locked up, that's still good.
