1 year is enough to have at least the Aso Rock Clinic and National Hospital Abuja up to a reputable standard in terms of medical equipment, administrative procedures and processes, and man power. This is point blank failure as judged by his own voiced standard. I hope the masses also have medical coverage for international healthcare. |
