I have been following this story silently, but right now I will say that the bombing of that IDP camp was NOT a mistake. If the president's hands are clean he would order for the arrest, dismissal, trial and incarceration of the officers involved in such dastardly act, depending on how the investigations go.

But alas, I don't think I trust president Buhari; not with all we have seen him do.

Let me do my calculation here. If the Nigerian government is to compensate using 100 camels per person, this will give us 100 camels x 236 persons = 23,600 camels. I wonder where they will find these camels. Now let us calculate the monetary aspect. If the government is to pay N40m to each person, this will give us N40m x 236 = N9.4b. Na where this kind money dey for this recession? Fear the NORTH.

Indeed, it speaks volumes. In fact, it is scary how the president, our president, did not think it worthy to do more than just talking about it briefly.

As for the investigation, forget it. It will be bungled. Such things work only against the poor. If the hands of the powers that be are involved in the bombing, then there is nothing to investigate.
