There was once a time when churches were not barricaded.... You just go in and bombed. Now all the churches are seriously fenced or security checks mounted.
So for Boko Haram to have an easy route.... They go to defenceless mosques or markets. Why are they not bombing the bigger Friday mosques in the city or any of such kind?

I believe there are more mosques in the North then church. The most common killing in North either they kill you for your religion you belong or tribal background or language. The South kaduna a case study.

An hausa man was asked, " why is boko aram attacking schools? (because those schools were attended majorly by Christian students). He answered, "it's because they are teaching them bible". The hausa guy was glad for boko haram. He new they were fighting for Islam. The same guy today I know will be telling a different story that they are not Muslims.

i have a christian doc in the north, he says most of the victims in the hospitals are muslims, though there are some christians too. Please realize that we both share the same burden.....

Nigeria finished Bokoharam within 7- 8 years, while countries like srilanka and Columbia have fought for over 5 decades(50year), fighting insurgency in their countries. our appeals is don't talk or comment on something you are ignorant of. Read history about terrorist or insurgent wars then you will come to appreciate your military.
more so it is part of insurgents features to hit on soft isolated targets and attract media attention
even the opposition know that this government and its soldiers have tried in bringing Bokoharam to its knees.
