Just found this bird abandoned in my compound...so I decided to take care of it.....brought it in on monday, since then, I've been feeding it with white rice only, just this morning I fed it with boiled indomie...I guess its doing fine...Tips on how to care for it. Its the baby of a 'mourning dove'

The rice and Indomine are only carbohydrates. Feed it with broiler starter chicken feed instead; it has all it needs

Stop the indomie, look for little insects.

try soya beans or any other grains that have high protein content. Like someone said earlier rice and noodles are carbohydrate only

that is not a duck its a dove it may have fallen out of the nest. weldone on keeping it also what u r feeding it now its ok

Left d bird with my jnr sis last week saturday to go see a friend but wen I got home yesterday. I found out the bird is dead. So sad
