please my gionneef103.is not.connecting with 3g and 4g network even when i subscribe for the neteork.it always 2g please what should i.do please

I have same issues bro, I was however told to download the firmware from Gionee website, haven't done that though.

Try to switch to another service provider. 3G is strong but the 4G fluctuates

Click on phone informations
Scroll down you'll see where you can force the phone to be on your chosen network GSM/wcdma/ LTE

Download and install Mtk Engineering Mode app from play store. Open it and click on “Mtk Settings”. Under Telephony scroll down , to “Network selecting/Preferred Network” Option. Now select the desired network from the list..

gionee is a useless product
i use gionee f100 wen i bought it during dat march
wen browsing it shows 3g but it was so slow so i went to network connectivity only to find out initially it was 2g.
so i agreed de did that to scam we users.
