They are from LBC.
They got your info from someone you traded with.
They indians.
They will keep hulking over you till they get your btc
Wherever or whoever you sent your fund to, cross check the address by phone or text before sending.

even if you get your email back what ever you do with your email is still being monitored by them, till you disconnect them.
Hmm, yes they are indians.
What can I do to get them off my back coz they've just been resetting the password of everything related to Bitcoin on my account including some that are not.
Any idea on how I can recover this email or get it blocked for now?
I've been googling on the different methods but none is working. The best reply google gave me so far is to wait 3-5 business days shocked shocked
The hackers 2 phone numbers are both switched off

shocked shocked You still dey ask?
I'll advice you do it sharperly on all your Bitcoins wallet including your main email account if possible because this guys don't have joy at all coupled with Bitcoin been untraceable & irreversible unlike Paypal, Skrill, etc.
That was what saved me.

They called you for a code right, which you gave them

What email do you use? if its yahoo its easier to block them back, cause they will still try to trace your wallet or anybody who has ever dealt with you through email.

the 2 factor authentication on you email can easily be broken with the code supplied,
the only one that will take time is the one on you btc wallet

All they did was link their system to your email, so what ever you see or do, they can also see it and change or manipulate any email even before you read it.

My Email 'Lordtrillion@gmail.com' has been compromised. I'm currently working on getting it back coz i'm locked out of it totally due to the fact that the hacker has changed virtually all the details I can use to reset my password to his including enabling 2FA.
Incase I've done business with you in the past or new time contacts, pls ignore any email you get from "Lordtrillion@gmail.com" coz I won't be responsible for your loss if you decide to ignore this message.
Anyone who can help with advice on how to retrieve this email should pls help me out coz this scammer is busy resetting the password on virtually all websites I registered in.
He couldn't get access to my Bitcoin wallet coz he wasn't able to decode my 2FA. Though he already requested for it to be disabled on my blockchain account but i've moved out my funds already. I'll advise all to enable 2FA on their wallet. Better late than sorry.

This is scary! It reminds me of my own experience some years ago. Back in the days of cyber cafes, I'd done some work in a nearby cafe and when I tried to log back in some other time, I discovered I couldn't. After trying all possible combinations, I resorted to making long distance calls to yahoo helplines to help retrieve my email. The scale of the mess I was in only became clear when they asked me to answer my simple security question, "what's your favourite sports team"? I promptly replied, "Arsenal" and they said I was wrong! I racked my brain and called back, this time convinced I probably used "Super Eagles", na so I call back and the response was the same. Hian!!! I must have called back a dozen times pleading and guessing until I chose then African champions, Enyimba all to no avail. My email with all my online history, job applications and business contacts was gone for good!
The best advice I got when I opened a thread on my predicament in the webmasters section here in Nairaland was that I should patronise this ruthless Russian hackers to get back my mail. I think it's an option you should consider but be smart about it. If you finally pick a good hacker, Send a mail to the hijacked email and ask the hacker to tell you the content before making any payment.
Despite our best efforts, we are largely at the mercy of these hackers but it's only wise that we do our own little bit. As per my own security, I've learnt to separate my primary email from that which I use for sundry activities and yes, 2-step verification is now a must for my primary email - I received a mail about two months ago that someone that definitely wasn't me tried to login to my account from an obscure location which prompted my account to be temporarily locked until I changed my password. Connecting your primary email with another recovery email also presents another layer of defence. I've now also learnt to use multiple passwords for multiple emails and sites. Good luck with your recovery efforts.

Yes, they called me for a code which google sent while I was talking to them.
I didn't even know they were about to reset my password coz the SMS didn't specify it. It just said verification code & the guy already told me they were doing routine verification.
After he asked for my LBC 2FA was when I suspected foul play.
I immediately checked my gmail & discovered I was signed out. I then logged in back immediately & reset my password though he had changed my recovery email & phone no which I changed back to mine. In my mind, I thought I had beaten him to his game.
After 20mins, I discovered I was logged out again. By this time he had changed both recovery email & phone to his & enabled 2FA. This then made me totally locked out. I knew my yahoomail was gonna be next because my gmail was its recovery email so I quickly logged into it. He had already added his phone number & was about to enable 2FA in my yahoomail. I immediately removed his number & logged him out. I also removed my gmail as its recovery email.
He had no choice than to back off & started resetting passwords of every website I have financial details with ranging from blockchain, luno, bitpay, Voguepay, Paystack, etc.
Can't risk loosing this email sha & will likely go with Keishik's reply if it doesn't work out through google.
I thank GOD he hasn't been able to access any of my funds uptil now.

What can I do to get them off my back

Go back to the basics:
1. Save critical info and wipe your phone clean by resetting to factory default. If Android, ensure to disable admin rights.
2. On the clean phone or PC, get back your email by resetting your password. If you added your phone number or security questions, that should be easy. Also change passwords for other critical accounts.
3. Get yourself a phone with proprietary software e.g. Blackberry or iPhone. Safer to keep your financial transactions on a secure platform. And be sure to use a Fort Knox password on that transaction phone.
4. If you use a laptop, be sure to use legit OS (Win 10 ISO is free to download from Microsoft) and always have two accounts: a limited and admin. Use the limited account for day to day things and only use the admin account when you need to install apps. Leaving your account as admin makes your PC more vulnerable to hacks and malicious software install. Make sure to also password those PC accounts to limit access.
5. Make sure your antivirus, firewall and defense softwares are up to date.
6. Be careful what you install on phone or PC. Not all apps are innocent.

Good luck!

I always laugh when I hear people make comparisons between an Android and an iOS device. If you're all about downloading movies and songs and doing xender/flashare I can understand, but if you take your security serious, you should take your phone serious.
