United States Appeals court has upheld a ruling mandating Senator Buruji Kashamu to face a drug trafficking trial.


Chicago prosecutors accuse Buruji Kashamu of heading a heroin trafficking ring in the 1990s.

But Kashamu insists the prosecutors want his dead brother instead.

In an April 2015 filing, Kashamu had asked a district court to prevent his “abduction abroad by U.S. authorities”.

The ruling means that Kashamu can be extradited from Nigeria to the U.S. to answer to the charges.

Kashamu is among the core PDP members. He was part of the reasons OBJ fell out with GEJ.

Obj complained several times that the man is not worthy of the roles GEJ was pushing him to but GEJ paid no heed.

It is now you are claiming he is an APC member, when processes were being put in place to extradite him in 2015, you lots were screaming that they were witch-hunting him because he was in PDP.

The drug baron even locked himself in his bedroom and threatened to commit suicide if law enforcement agents come any closer, and he was hailed as the hero of PDP who defied Buhari.

Kashamu, PDP senator representing Ogun East, pls take a visit to the US. A free visit without need of applying for visa and without even purchasing a travel ticket.

This is a very mouthwatering offer anyone will jump at, I wonder why the senator is treating such a wonderful offer as a death sentence.
