No, the NJC did not suspend Judges based on interim report. NJC excused the Judges from sitting over cases to avoid perceived likelihood for bias and to avoid interference with their own cases. They are Judges, you know

The Senate shouldn't have passed a resolution asking the President to fire the SGF based on its interim report. What happens if the final report is at variance with the interim report. The Senate just exposed its bias. I can tell you from my laymen position that the SGF will be fired; but proper things should be done properly.
