It was origninal meant for the Air Force to boost the security in the state by due to the evil they(PDP) had in mind to carry out in the state, the helicopters were abandoned.

Exactly. My line of business,we deal with imports of arms regularly. I was at a loss when I read that customs couldn't trace the importers of the consignment. There's no way any export would leave the shores of the US without adequate documentation and that means that the shipping company must have info on what they have shipped (to a reasonable extent). Nigeria has been reduced to nothing, by the apc govt.
