Position: Front Desk/Accountant
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Proper documentation of financial transactions
• Recommending financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Substantiating financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Securing financial information by completing data base backups.
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Complying with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Handling front office reception and administration duties, including managing inquiries, attending to company visitors, incoming and outgoing mails.
• Schedule meetings and travels for personnel.
• Capable of representing the Company’s interests.
• Coordination of company vendors.

Job Requirements
Minimum Required Experience
1-3 year(s) [Post NYSC]
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Accountancy or any other relevant discipline
Other Requirements
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work with little or no supervision and work within a small team
• Ability to work with Microsoft office tools with expertise in MS Excel
• Must be resident in Port-Harcourt.

lol just seeing these posts...helped a friend to advertize I dont work with the company and thats what he wanted. I dont even know how that worked out for him.
