THE SILENT ACHIEVER: CHIEF PATRICK CHIDOLUE ACCLAIMED THE FASTEST GROWING ENTREPRENEUR IN NIGERIA

Fondly called Nnabuenyi, Chief Patrick Chidolue is a calm and calculated soft-spoken man. As much as he is an accomplished businessman and passionate about his heritage, he is also a devout Roman Catholic; a Knight of the church.

A research has revealed that he is the fastest growing entrepreneur in Nigeria as a matter of fact. The parameter used in reaching this conclusion include his accomplishments with little or no government patronage, partnerships with other international corporate bodies, previous projects, completed and future projects, as well as the dominance of his enterprises all over the country.

The accomplished entrepreneur is famed for being one of the pioneering investors in the telecommunication industry as he owned the defunct Cellcom telecommunication land line which was later sold off to Visaphone. Currently, he is the CEO/Executive Chairman of the Chelsea Group Ltd, a Nigerian multinational conglomerate company with interests in Hospitality, Construction, Real Estate, Power, Oil & Gas, Education and Agriculture. This is a breakdown of his industries.
. Hospitality – there are Chelsea Hotels Ltd in Central Area district & Wuse 2, Abuja and Chelsea Suites in Lagos; all five star hotels. The move to facilitate Chelsea Hotel, Ikeja is in the offing as well. There is also Patty Joy shopping complex.

. Real estate – Chidol Properties Ltd and Patnasonic Industies Ltd are two subsidiary companies that handle the real estate business arm of Chelsea Group Ltd. As a matter of fact, a multi-million naira Patnasonic estate has been completed in Abuja and the Patnasonic Phase 2 project is on-going.

. Agriculture – there are Chelsea Farms in Kogi state and Anambra state. Although farming has not commenced in the latter state, the 10,000 hectares of land in Kogi is currently being ploughed. And reports have it that partnership with a top South African firm is imminent. This is good news for Nigeria’s economy.

. Education – With Nigerian University commissioned approval secured, the construction of Chelsea University is completed in Gwarimpa, FCT and academic activities are billed to commence by September 2018.
Simply put, his is a case of vision meeting societal yearnings; Jack of many trades and master of all.
