From the account of a friend that took the test some time the year before last, the process is as follows:
Aptitude test after which you get your score(okay not numerical) to proceed or not to the next level.
Those that have been asked to proceed would immediately undergo the essay writing.
They would be reached at later date(can't really recall if the results come out immediately at this point but I highly doubt).
If successful you'll be reached and paired with a team of 7 persons and you guys would work on a business report.
It is after this that those to proceed to the final level (personal interview) would be chosen.

Disclaimer:The above process may have changed as the above occurred about 18months back + May be subject to one or two slight errors due to communication barrier between I and the individual who gave the account.

We'll just have to wait and see what happens.
But I advice that latest Friday you log on to the fot website and confirm your attendance and find a way to be present for the test

I wish but i cant possibly fly at night... Ill just keep trying but I may actually have to reject on the fot site. Isnt that better than confirming and being absent.

But he assured me that they already got all the rescheduling emails and will reply them in batches. There wasnt a set date in mine. It just confirms that ive rescheduled and that i will receive another invitation once that have set me with a new date.

I wasnt given a new date yet. That would be sent once they fit me into a later slot.
But isnt it so close. Like its basically already 1st February. But let me not discourage you. I sent my mail for request to reschedule since Friday.
