Job Title: Social Media Officer


Job Description

1. Plan, execute, measure and optimize marketing campaigns across all our Social Media platforms; Facebook, Twitter & Instagram

2. Building and executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

3. Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.

4. Creating and adapting content for each network

5. Generating, editing, publishing and sharing daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

6. Setting up and optimizing company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content

7. Moderating all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community

8. Creating monthly editorial calendars and campaign plans

9. Continuously improving by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

10. Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

11. Creating an engaging social media content

12. Identifying and implementing strategies for leveraging social media

13. Promoting our clients/partners on our social media platforms

14. Managing the optimization of content for the most visibility (SEO) and conversion

15. Working cooperatively with key team members

Requirements

1. BA/HND in Communications or related field

2. Passion for social media/marketing

3.Excellent oral and written communication skills

4.In-depth working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter & Instagram

5.Experience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook insights

6.Basic knowledge of Photoshop
