How can one be complaining of not receiving salary 4 days to the end of the month, especially in austere times like this we find ourselves in this country.Are you saying those being owed for 6 months plus didn't work for it? I'm only putting it in perspective that they're better off and should be thankful to God about their own situation as compared with their peers in the state civil service.

In 2012, we were saying that payment of salaries was no longer an achievement of government cos it was regularly but now just as it was in the 90s, government is now listing payment of salaries and pensions as one of their achievement in office
