Please would love ur sincere advice from you especially from people that know about travelling and immigration.
My younger sister just got an offer from one of her lecturer to come and act as a caregiver to her aged parents in UK.
My sister is a university graduate and she presently employed in the federal government N-power job (30k per month).
Even though this offer appear juicy but we still need advice from learned and more exposed people as regards the matter.
First, her lecturer said she will get her visa for 6 months (as a tourist/visitor) and from there and from there she will see if she can help her get her stay.
But what tends to be our point of concern is what's UK immigration policy like? What happens if she is unable to get the stay after 6 months? Won't it be like a shame? Will she come back and start husting for job again (even though she earn a meagre amount where she works now).
We just thinking from both sides cos sometimes, grasses appear to be greener at the other side.
Travel guides and agents in the house, please help do justice to this matter.

Her lecturer is either ignorant or deliberately misleading your sister, your sister can not work as a caregiver in the UK with visiting visa because that is illegal and impossible to get a stay through that route

Btw op what's age range of your lecturer hope.. .. They won't seize her passport once she gets into uk.. Like all these prostitution trafficking am reading all day in the UK..... Women are unsafe to get into such opportunity ... Please check well especially UK background of your lecturer and parents

Obviously, the UK job is more attractive compared to the 30k she's going to be making in the N-power program. However, don't be deceived by the sweet mouth of the professor. Those things are not as easy as they make it sound else everybody in the UK would have gotten permanent residence.

She should also be careful that she's not been coerced into being a human trafficking victim because i don't know when lecturers started liking students to the extent of offering them jobs abroad.
