Some folks would just wake up one early morning and start exercising without knowing if they are medically fit to do so.. some folks aren't even suppose to have hard sex as they might die during the exercise for health reasons.

No I have never done it below 3hrs but I have always finished below 3 hrs 20 mins ..Hey I made not an elite runner ..I have tried hard to get under 3 and it hasn't been possible and now I have an injured knee

Samsung S health ..as a regular runner who has used a lot of apps I must say S health is the best I have used so far

Thanks for mentioning this. I just read up on it. It seems to be a silent killer. Apart from the possibility of inheriting it, are there possible preventative measures? I understand it could be sudden as a result of the expansion of the heart.

He collapsed right in front of my office around 7am. My Mallam who didn't understand English very well called my attention to it, I hurriedly called a staff who lived around to check on him,he checked his Pulse, notified Policemen and they both took him to LRU @ Cappa where he was put on life support machine and was later rushed to Ikeja General Hospital.

No Phone or any form of ID was found on him except an inscription (Smalling or Small Vic) @ the Back of his Arsenal Jersey. No pic was taken as Saving his life was paramount @ that time. May his Soul RIP
