Pls what is the size of the land in terms of a plot. As in, I will understand it better if u say 'half plot, one plot, one and half plots, 2 plots, etc

Its over a plot and half, just by 9sqm though

Estate- I can't call it an estate categorically, though it has a gated entry
Buildable- yes
Liveable- I wouldn't say this part of pyakasa is liveable@the moment, its gradually developing. I'm only disposing it@this ridiculous price due to an urgent need.
