I noticed your SD CARD is 32GB. I've been trying to get a 32GB SD card for mine (hot 4 as well), but each time I put it in and format, some cards format and then say "corrupted" after "checking". Some cards, however just hang at 20% formatting.

I really need a larger SD card. And I dunno if you had the same issue with yours when you bought the SD card, or not.

Please. Where is this Carl Care so I could go there and have them help me out with this 32GB SD card formatting issue?

Mine is perfect with no error. Try and get an original memory card.

pls I checked Konga and jumia this hot 4 isn't there I want the hot 4 not the lite or pro. Whr r u guys buying it
