Here's what Pastor E.A Adeboye of RCCG said in his devotional manual - Open Heavens - concerning eating in the dream:
"Some people eat freely in their dreams. Most times, when given your preferred delicacy in the dream, it is targeted at making you lose something - your health, a contract, an important appointment, an interview, conception or breakthrough. If such feeding in the dream becomes the norm, it is a pointer to your urgent need for deliverance."

What's your opinion concerning eating in the dream?

You'll definitely dream about food or even eat it if you go to bed hungry.

Having sex in dreams is the same thing. If our genitals rub during sleep thereby causing stimulation, we'll dream about sexual intercourse.

People who snore loudly are most likely to dream about motor vehicles, airplanes or crowds. Same with music playing in the room when you are asleep; you'll dream of being the superstar especially if it's your favorite song.
