The title is pretty self-explanatory: My village soup is Ofe Nsala, otherwise known as 'white soup'. My village is surrounded by rivers and lakes so we're used to eating lots of fish and other aquatic animals. Ofe Nsala is the best soup on earth. Utala Ji ( pounded yam) with Ofe nsala .....kai BTW am from Atani in ogbaru LGA of Anambara state where you can get any type of azu ndu ( fresh fish) you can dream of..... 2 Likes |
