Dear all,
My my Visa Card has expired and I've gotten another from my bank but unable to link it to my apple account via iTunes & apps store because of the error message below "Your payment method was declined. Please enter another payment method".
Please I needed to buy an app online but I'm unable due to this error.
Please Nigerians, how have you been buying apps from apple.
Please help

You cannot use a Naira dominated card on international websites. All thank to CBN's forex regulation policy.

Ensure the correctness of the details you are filling especially the billing add etc, get a GTB master card it should work

All information are correctly filled but the error persist

But App Store prices are now quoted in naira, no longer dollar

Thats only because of some currency conversion script. Nigeria cards are not allowed.

Just use paypal or a usd dominated card. Its same with Google playstore.
