@op you already applied with another email whic u placed the widget on ur blog and now u r applying with a new mail which is now going in relevant with one another ..you dont have ur previous adsense account accepted am sure its just because of the code conflict i would ve help to ruin a search on ur blog but try and use some external website that allow u run search odf the adsense code a blog is using and u will find out u have two publisher account...hope u understand

google have not fully approved your blog....change your email to previous one you use to apply for AdSense.... then fix what google ask you to fix on your blog

take a look for my adsense account u see theres a similar issue and it works againwithout even reapply but check ur adsense page if theres re apply u can do that but mine show live ads after some days...and still working till this present moment just received the pin to the account 3 days ago....

sure to my lagos address which i input but i must tell u the process take about 2 and half month before it arrived

nop the bot just sent in the stupid mssg and i ignore ....and theres no option fo me to reapply after it as already says congratulation ...but adsense is overrated i must say...

Nope Adsense is the best....Most ad providers don't approve blogs that have less than 10,000 page views per day....Some will even tell you your traffic must be from the UK and US.
