Dear Nairalanders, kindly advice on the effects of water dropping from the exhaust of Nissan 2003 at first start in the morning?

if water is dropping then dont be scared, your engine is in top notch shape, infact it means the engine head dey there grin

if water is draopping from the exhaust then you should be worried, extrememly worried cool

It doesn't indicate anything whether your engine is good or not cos I have seen almost dead engine giving out steam .
That sign is just a natural process due to condensation that has occurred overnight .
If you need to know the condition of your engine ,go for compression test .

In fact.. Don't test how good your engine is when you test it in the morning and it steams... Test it after running for long hours and when you see water coming out... It's your catalytic converter Dat is in good shape and not your engine

Seriously my engine dey produce white steam in the morning esp when d whether is cold n I dey always dey happy as i believe it means my car engine na still tear rubber tongue
