I have some darkish green patches on my face, they consist of small patches to form a big patch and mostly turn green when I start using antibiotics and antifungi cream to treat it. It has been on my face for more than 6 years now and becomes more obvious as I try to treat it the more.
PS. It doesn't itch or pain and doesn't swell. It's just flat patches

Does anyone know any good skin dermatologist in Lagos I can see for this issue?

u will buy ketoconazole tablet 2packets
fulcin 2tablet s
then buy G-derm creame
change ur sponge
use dettol on warm water before bath, use a crusader soap

Do you have any idea what kind of infection it is?

I fnk dts ochronosis....Stp d use of all steroids (funbact,skineal n co) cos dey'll only worsen it....See a dermatologist asap...Its a difficult skin condition 2 treat bt all hope is not lost

I have even given up sef... After some research online, I saw that there is no stable cure for it. Maybe in the future I would find something.

Awww, i knw how u feel bt don't gv up jes yet... Use retin-A,it'll clear it up...Use it only @ 9t + u'll be needing a sunscreen(spf 50 n abv) 2 use during d day. Wen using retin A,use a mild soap(try dudu osun) n don't use any oda prodts except maybe a non-alc cleanser...Mk sure u folo d instructions dt cm wt d drug 2 d letter n u'll be fyn
