Some other people are looting the recovered funds now(APC), to be hunted by whistle blowers later on. My brother, Buhari himself lacks accountability and he doesn't hold people accountable, especially those in his administration/cabinet. The only people he thinks he should 'pursue' are the PDP looters. I mean, what stops Buhari from threatening the state government with their monthly allocation if they refused to pay workers salary especially with the so called bail out funds? At best, we can say buhari has missed it. He needs to learn how to work with good people that can help him with effective policies to drive the economy. Nigeria can't be handled as a one man show.
