I hope all other landlords especially in Abuja could emulate the kind gesture which mine does for decreases house rent by N30,000 in Kubwa, Abuja. Though the reason for this is not yet known but it receives a great shock of happiness from me and others. This is indeed, a good consideration. See the letter received from him this evening on my arrival from work.

There are plenty empty houses in Abuja and many people are moving to low cost areas.

so i think your landlord did a smart thing because sometimes, we need to take a step back in order to progress.
