You underestimate some men. There was this chick who had a terribly ugly face but a nice body and guys were debating how anti-climax the whole thing was. I think Efe might be scared of real commitment, which is what Debbie represents.
Marvis is cray and perhaps it might be easier to cut ties with her and not be afraid she'll be too affected. Remember when he said Marvis is the only one he thinks can bounce back from a heart break.
