Would have to confirm if a Gas Plant can be located within an Estate.
Also please what is the size of Land?

Frankly, I don't know how these measurements things are evaluated and I wouldn't want to give a wrong report. However, I think (I would guess) it's on 2 plots. You are free to come over and inspect it for free though. There is currently no gas plant within the estate and most occupants refill their cylinders from outside the estate. Your's might just spare them the stress of buying outside if it's approved. Except you'll be flaring gas, I don't envisage any environmental hazard.

Just spoke to my client what we really need is land space. So the property might not work.
