You dont need to be told that it is impossible for him to take the picture of the car and at the same time that of the girl thrown out. The car is speeding and cannot be stopped immediately. But op could have try tracing the car to where it was going and probably notify a security operative of what he saw. That lady thrown out could be anybody's relation, dont laugh it off pls.

Some of you were suggesting it could be a kidnap case which I doubt.. Because if you look through the glass, you will see its only the driver and the lady was in that car.
Which made me to believe she could have been picked up from a red light spot, got drugged, used and got thrown out of the car.
You can't rule that out too right?

Could that be a Z instead of 2.. I'm not familiar with how plate numbers are written.

I think I saw this car parking in the compound closed to my house this morning BUT with diff number, a commercial number plate X. I think they are operating with diff numbers. Plz can u send me ur phone number or e-mail it to me victorazy@yahoo.com as my witness cuz I want to begin investigation. When u do that quote me to tell me. Tnx.
