this is why they don't want magu. that guy is given them sleepless night. the only man that retrieve millions of dollars from the slum.
but wait o, if you give me #50 naira to buy akara and I used the money as instructed, why should I get angry even if questioned 100 times as to what I used the money to buy? simply say akara 100 times.
una never see anything. magu please continue your good job. in fact, question their relatives if possible until all these thieves lost interest in our political posts so that we can have sincere people occupying those posts

When GEJ wanted to cripple this forum by splitting it not many understood, and not many could tell why he was bent on destroying an agency ordinarily he would have benefited from.
They are the worst thing that ever happened to the nation, can anyone tell me how beneficial this forum is to the states they represent other than threatening the government?
Ordinarily one would have seen these governors use this platform for projects negotiation and other developmental policies, no they use it to intimidate government.
How can you engage consultants and even agree to pay directly on a money belonging to the state, without the states assemblies voting such expenditure? And if there is a general contribution to this forum by states how many assemblies approved this expenditure in their budgets? Oh so these monies are free flying money every governor feels he can decide how its spent and the anit corruption agency should not ask questions?
They can threaten anyone and go free, and yes want the President to call the Head of anti corruption agency to order, imagine! and you want us to give them state police? That will be so wrong.
Even if Nigerians dont get to ask, the anti corruption agency with full government shouldnt? One would have expected if they feel they are treated wrong to have atleast had little respect for the anti corruption fight and written to the agency offering to make available every explanation. But no, they are too powerful. I feel so terrible at these guys because I have waited all years hoping to see any usefulness of this body, but no.

these state governors are one of the major leaks in our sovereign wealth

when it was time to collect loan, they went cap in hand begging like agric chicken infested with flu. they didn't know that they were sovereign then

now the money has come, they have started to steal (some even gave to there mistress to keep for them),now they suddenly remembered that the state is sovereign

if APC can fight these state governors to a standstill, then they have my respect

this was the major undoing of pdp

ALL THESE GOVERNORS KNOW IS TO SHARE MONEY. WHY? THEY DON'T WANT ANYTHING GOOD FOR NIGERIA BUT TO SHARE EVERYTHING THEY SEE IN FEDERATION ACCOUNT
THE SAME THING THEY DID DURING JONATHAN THAT PREVENTED US FROM SAVING FOR TODAY.
IDIOTS.

This governors are the major problem of this country, they spend state money as if it is there personal belongings. Most states own salaries but they can afford to live luxury life style.
The reason they want magu not to be confirmed is because he is not giving them breathing space and monitoring their spending.
But as acting efcc chairman, he is as effective as confirmed chairman

Like others have agreed, the problem we have is people from the states keeping quiet while governors in each state behave like emperors. When the protests that happened on the 6th of this month was first communicated, the idea was a protest against bad governance at all levels, but the smart politians and their conniving goons quickly changed the narrative as if it was all about the fg and Pmb in particular. We have to turn the heat on governors and hold them accountable. Afterall what is the population of federal civil servants compared to the rest of the country.

Bunch of thieves. Same way they threatened Okonjo Iweala and GEJ. We all need to hold our respective governors accountable.
Delta state government collected a 126 billion naira last year from the federal government not including internal generated revenue (IGR). Where did the money go?
