My oga, this doors are made in Nigeria. But the design plates are already made, imported from south Africa. Is 18 gauge thanks.

Afo this is great, I love the combination of your tile design. This country is great if government can put things together for people to show there creativity, can anyone tell me why do we need to import doors and other little things that can easily made by road side welder. Imagine that door with other many little things like it. Imagine NNPC GMD hiding that huge amount of money is slum of Kaduna, while people are dying. Honestly we're our problem, when they try to prosecute him now. The same people that he stole there common wealth will start all kinds of stories about tribe and party affiliation. Thieves don't have tribe of affiliation they just thieves.

Hajji sir, I bought 4ft of the door #48,000.
I did not buy the one of 3ft. The price was #37,000 in ikorodu.

Kindly take a very good look at the pictures from page one. I'm using my phone but, I'll try downloading and posting them.

Also, what tests were done to determine the load bearing capacity of the soil before erecting such a structure on a sloppy landscape?

I'm not a civil engineer but, what I see there scares me.

I'm not a civil engineer but, when I see a bad job, I don't need to be one to identify them.

I'm using a mobile phone so won't be able to give details on each picture however, I'll circle the flaws which range from skewed pillars, to improperly placed pillars/ columns, columns positioned afterthought, etc.

This is generally, a bad job which will not pass a structural test and I stand to be corrected.

Experienced builders and engineers can put me through if I am wrong... Which I doubt I am.

Please view the pictures. Apologies for not giving details but, they are almost self explanatory.

Mexxy1 sir.Flaws means defect inappropriate etc. It's not a right language .no defection at all, the client has been living in one of the apartment for eight years now. Not even cracking .All the columns and beams was appropriately positioned in line with structural design . Some areas in question is over used of pocker vibrator. That's the result of using somi planks. That's the reason we use plywood for all our project now. Thanks for your criticism God bless you sir.
