Nairalanders please advise me. I made a payment on the interswitch webpay platform on 17th November, 2016 the payment was not successful and my account debited. I think it was due to poor network. I have lodged several complaints to my bank and they keep asking me to come back since November last year. I have called Firstcontact several times and no solution has been proffered.
I seriously need advise on how i can get my money back as soon as possible.

Then contact Interswitch helpline. I remember when Quickteller did same to me and i contacted them via their helpline, the next day a refund was effected.
