And if I may ask, what do AC tests look like? I have zero idea, and yes, I've checked the internet too. But I believe people who might have had some sort of experience in it would be here.

AC tests vary. Aside group work and presentation, there could be another aptitude test. Coys like kpmg include psychrometic tests in theirs at times.

According to news filtering to me (don't quote me), this isn't FMN's first AC. One they once conducted comprised of a group exercise, a written test and a panel interview. That's all I know for now. Google for the details

And a "flat shoe" means a shoe with a flat sole (without a heel).

When i did AC for KPMG, the first task was an interview with about 6 KPMG staff. We were 6 in my batch and we were called in one after the other. i was asked to talk about myself, where i see my self in 5 years, why i think i should be employed, etc (i cant remember, its been years).

After the interview, we were taken to a room where we faced the 6 KPMG staff. We were given a task as follows: Assuming you are asked to audit for company ABC this year as you usually do. On getting there you met 2 staff of ABC who were willing to offer you recharge card to make things easier for you, what will you do. We were given 10 minutes to brain storm (making points and decide on who was going to present it) and 10 minutes to present it to them on a board. after presentation were were asked individually about our opinions. (Here they look out for communication, confidence, talkatives, dull people, attention to details, skills generally etc).

The 3rd task was presentation. we were given 4 topics to choose one and present a small seminar on it for 5minutes. the topics were about fraud, policy, agric sector and ASUU (i chose ASUU and that could probably be the reason i lost the job cos no private company likes union wahala). My presentation was on point but i argued in favour of ASUU that they asked if i was even a member. it took them about 3 days to give us feedback. they picked 3 of us and dropped 3.

Those are panel interview, group discussion and case study.

Guy actually. And therein lies my problem. I only have regular shoes and All Stars (sneakers etc). I don't have anything that falls in the category of flat shoe....

the assessment center thing is beginning to give me small goose bombs...have not done it before..only panel interviews am used to
