Hi karkinase I understand the eagerness of wanting to compare both companies at this stage, but while I think there's absolutely nothing wrong with that, I think you should focus largely on being successful at the recruitment processes of both companies. You don't want to get your hopes up. Also, no one is in a better position to supply you with firsthand information about those companies other than you. You're the one taking part in the recruitment. This means you have the opportunity to ask the questions you've raised during your interview; your growth and the work environment for instance. Questions about remuneration will be answered once an offer letter is presented to you, and you can make informed decisions from there. |

Flour Mills is better and more stable because it is a PLC. Dangote is good but Flour Mills is better |
