Focus on getting the jobs first, when u see ur offer letter, making a choice won't be a problem.

I'm not trying to put the cart before the horse but just need an opinion on the different management styles of both companies...I believe that's isn't too much to ask...

Oga,

Are you part of any of the two companies yet? If no, concentrate on getting in before making a choice to stay out...

Good luck...

Dont worry yourself about the management structure styles, take both interviews extremely serious. Prepare for them like no man's business.

When you get both offers, the difference would be clear.

Hi karkinase

I understand the eagerness of wanting to compare both companies at this stage, but while I think there's absolutely nothing wrong with that, I think you should focus largely on being successful at the recruitment processes of both companies. You don't want to get your hopes up.

Also, no one is in a better position to supply you with firsthand information about those companies other than you. You're the one taking part in the recruitment. This means you have the opportunity to ask the questions you've raised during your interview; your growth and the work environment for instance. Questions about remuneration will be answered once an offer letter is presented to you, and you can make informed decisions from there.

Flour Mills is better and more stable because it is a PLC.

Dangote is good but Flour Mills is better
