Normally, competitions like the world cup , champions league, Europa and certain leagues like the EPL and laliga don't take more than ten minutes before slips are updated. I played two games in Europa which I won and I couldn't but notice the bet slip was nowhere to be found after noticing my account wasn't credited for over 20 mins. I checked my transaction history and there was evidence I made that stake. When people complain about such , I usually doubt their story saying its impossible but now that it has happened to me, my eye don clear.
