Just saw this detective riddle and just thought to share and exchange views.

What's your analysis on this? Crime or Suicide?

It is a suicide going by the blood splash on the wall she was sitting down on the stool and shot herself in the head more so its a shot. It will be very hard to have a gun and murderer held a gun to kill and she won't struggle and if she had struggled the blood splash on the wall would not be that clean and the gun would not remain in her hand.

Modified: And yes she was smoking, which shows she was trying to get over her anxiety and summon courage to pull the trigger

Reasonable & logical assumption.

It's not a crime nor murder! Na fada!

A murder clearly a murder check out the gun and ciga as a clue

This is murder!
let me explain.

1) when you are going to shoot yourself in the head, you have to turn the gun opposite your forehead ( going by her position). that grip on the pistol negates that.

2) the slippers on the floor shows that things were in disarray, though to a minimum.

3) (you might argue this) she landed on her side, someone turned her upper body, then placed a gun and a cigarette. ( if you are going to kill yourself, you'd first drop the cigarette when high enough before firing.)

4) look at the position of the stool and see.
