Also, I think money can be recalled back on instruction. I have a case of Chargeback on Skrill. The money was retracted from my buyer account after I don forget spending the profit. I have to repay the seller ooh, instantly sef cos I don't want drag no issue with nobody. I love my peace of mind.

they have moved the restriction and paid me $1400 at the rate of 285/$.. I am mourning my loss and if he had informed me prior sending money which was our usual norm, I could have asked him not to. I can't be forced to buy what I didn't bargain for. Thank you

Depending on the type of restriction.. Mine was once restricted and someone sent fund without my consent.. Skrill reinstated my account the next day before i remitted naira to the person.

Lifestyle sent funds into a restricted account without inquiring from me. I have dealt with so many people on this platform. I pay instantly and am sure they will be all surprised. After losing approx 5,000$ you want me to pay for 97$ you sent into a restricted account without inquiring from the buyer?
