It depends. I think if it's a newly added GTB debit card it may not work. One of my unverified Gtbank cards still work for skrill but I get an error message each time I try to verify it. I was told by GTB support that their cards no longer work for Skrill and Neteller

Skrill already asked him what he uses his skrill account for, his relationship with his buyer etc

And he must have naively replied skrill that he renders services online..

That's why skrill sent the mail in the screenshot below asking for direct URLs to websites where his services are advertised..

Too bad he never expected such reply from skrill cos he's still a newbie..

Skrill gives 24hrs to provide such links and when you fail to do so or provide fake links.. They automatically block your account.

So Dealership, you're the one that fvcked your skrill account..

The truth of all this issue is that dealership doesn't have the cash now,that is if everything he is saying is true. But instead of him to stoop low and compromise ,he isn't. All he needs to do is reveal his true financial condition to the seller and agree to a nice compromise with him. 420 to 299 is a very considerable amount of compromise from the seller. The issue on ground now is all about money. All he needs to do now is to plead with the seller

Classic case of foolish pride...lifestyle1 had even mentioned him on a dead thread since on the 14th to try and keep it private and he just ignored the lad and was stone walling and was using his new account to make cash ......hence why i had to blow up his mini wall

Do as they advise and wait till 12 am and try it, it still won't work!! Call them immediately and you'll still hear the same story over and over and over again

The simple fact remains that the guy that sent the skrill is at fault, there was a time I wanted to sell skrill, the guy sent Naira to my account first, when I wanted to send skrill to him, I had a problem with my skrill account, I refunded his money, when I received mail from skrill that my account is OK, I contacted the guy after approx 3hrs, he said I shouldn't bother
