I had same issue last week, but what I noticed was that, I always used my glo internet to access skrill but on that day I accessed it with my mtn internet, I tried and tried it but e no go. I tot I was blocked but I just disconected and tried my glo and viola the thing sent at first trial. So I bliv its a kinda IP problem. Pls lets know if this works for u. Enjoy
