Now this is how a world class company should behave.

Planned service disruptions should be announced and customer should be informed, pacified and/or compensated during unplanned service disruption.

MTN is truly worldclass, unlike our Green and terrible provider.

Yes they truly world class. World class thieves.....

you people are sometimes an agent of provocation. mTN has been my regular line since 2003, and I don't think I would change them. But to biliv that gLO, which is my second line, doesn't announce this type of disruptions, then, think again.

The truth is, gLO sometimes rewards you with extra days of service disruptions on your internet connection.

And truth be told apart from their internet services that is having unexplained problems IN SOME PARTS OF THR COUNTRY, gLO is far better.

I use mTN because I can access the network anywhere.

And now here in Owo, Ondo state, the internet service of mTN is trash!!! I am using my gLO now- fast and easy!

But op, you for just load or borrow like #100 to upgrade your balance na. That balance is suffering from low self esteem.
But it's a different ball game entirely if it is in USD ($)

Bros keep your praises in your back pocket . Services had been disrupted here for the past two days already with no prior notification.
So na only if I check balance I go know say service would be disrupted by midnight. But if it's to send me unsolicited messages and calls and credit deductions without rebate they would be very proactive.
Such unwarranted commendations like this makes me realise that it's finished for Nigerians. Our standards are abysmally low, we celebrate mediocrity.

How can i promote a useless and ineffectual brand simply because it is "it is our own"? A company that offers ordinary EDGE most of the time yet claim they have the best 4G service. Glo is a useless service provider! QED!!

I pity your life for being this pathetic! Guess you are referring to glo in your senseless write-up, but i am glad to inform you that people like me appreciate glo more than your xenophobic company. Iranu

This is unnecessary, why call MTN xenophobic? It's just like a Nigerian traveling out of the country and the citizens of that country isolate him as Boko Haram. Would u like that? So MTN, a business organisation that has done a lot for this country should made to suffer for the sins committed by a few group of people in South Africa just because it is a South African company. Then should Nigerians in Europe also be killed because a few group of militants are kidnapping their citizens in the Niger Delta?

Though Glo network was epileptic at the beginning of the year as they did not even deem it fit to show any remorse by apologising to customers but their Internet service is back and far better than it used to be.

Truth be told, MTN has good customer service delivery but their network of recent is quite poor.
